Do You Ship Outside of Canada and the U.S.?

Yes. We currently ship all orders from Canada to almost every country in the world.

How Long Does it Take to Ship Within Canada + U.S.?

This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses within the USA + Canad, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within two business days. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected. Please note that for some areas of Alaska, deliveries with One-Day or Two-Day shipping may require an additional day for delivery. UPS One-Day or Two-Day shipping is business days only (ex. an order placed on Friday with One-Day shipping will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.)
NOTE: The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to weather related events.

How Long Does International Shipping Take?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at the point of checkout, but are generally as follows:

    • Economy: 2 to 3 weeks.
    • This method can take up to 60 days (depending on where you live), cannot be tracked and is not insured.
    • We also offer faster shipping with UPS that can vary from 3 to 7 days. Please be aware that you will most likely have to pay extra fee's at customs for these methods. FanFit Gaming is not responsible for any additional fee's charged by your country or UPS. PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse to pay the fees and the package is not returned to FanFit Gaming we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned, it is treated like a regular return and your original shipping fee's are not refunded

 

    • Orders can be delayed by customs. FanFIt Gaming is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by customs. 

 

    Please notify FanFIt Gaming if it has been over 30 days and you have not received your merchandise. Lost packages must be brought to our attention within 120 days.

 

How Can I Find My Tracking Information?

If you have a FanFit Gamign account you can just click on the "LOGIN" button at the top of this page. Log in to your account, and you should see a link to track your order in the 'Shipped Orders' section of your 'My Account' page. If you checked out as a guest you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.

If Part of My Order is Out Of Stock Will You Ship The Rest of My Order First?

If any portion of your order is out of stock, we will wait for the out of stock items to arrive before shipping any portion of your order.

I Think My Package is Lost

In the domestic United States + Canada if you selected: 

Economy- This method can take up to 10 business days (Mon-Fri)if it has been over 10 Business days please contact us. 

Express- If it has been over 7 business days please contact us. 

For Economy and Express- If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check your address on your confirmation email. If the address is correct you may want to contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they have any information. 

International customers, if you selected: 

Standard - This method can take up to 60 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured. If it has been over 60 days since the order shipped you may want to try contacting your local post office to see if they are holding the package for taxes. If they are not able to locate the order please contact us. 

Express - This method usually arrives within 7 to 10 days however, it can get delayed by customs. If it has been 7 days you may want to try contacting your local post office with your tracking number to see if they are holding the package for taxes. If they are not able to locate the order please contact us. 

NOTE: All claims for lost packages MUST be brought to our attention within 120 days from when the order shipped.
