Microsoft’s E3 press conference

Project Scarlett:

Microsoft’s newest next gen Xbox console which currently has no name is set to release late 2020. Microsoft boasted that it will be 4x more powerful than the Xbox One X, will be capable of 8K resolution, 120 fps, and will have variable refresh rates. The console will have an SSD, a custom AMD CPU, as well as DDR6 RAM. Although the new console is over a year out still, one can not help but be excited after seeing these kind of specs.

Elden Ring:

From the creators of Dark Souls and Sekiro, Elden ring is a daring collaboration between From Software and the author and creator of A song of Ice and Fire (most commonly known as Game Of Thrones).  There was not much information given however it is believed to be a open world medieval MMO. If anyone can pull of a game of this size, these two minds would be who you would want in your corner!

Halo Infinite:

Sadly and to the dismay of many fans there was no game play trailer given for the new and greatly anticipated Halo Infinite.  Many fans have also joked that the name is very fitting as Microsoft announced that Halo Infinite will be released on the new gen console which means late next year. Halo being a game with a very hardcore and dedicated community, many are hoping that this will be the Halo game that everyone has been waiting years for.
